Our Thoughts on the Xikar Tactical Triple Jet :
I think the guys over at Xikar decided on the name “Tactical” for this torch because the body is textured and there is a belt clip on this lighter. For those of you who aren’t into belt clips, it cal be removed. Other than that, it’s a good torch. The flames are in-line and to be totally honest, I don’t know if I love it or hate the flame layout. There is nothing wrong with it, just…well the jury is still out on that subject. The adjustment knob at the bottom is big enough and is absolutely smooth. I also really like the large fuel window on the side of this torch.
It looks pretty tough and I do like the sliding trigger. It is pretty pricy at around $85, but it is a Xikar. I don’t care what anyone says I am a big Xikar fanboy because of their lifetime warranty.
