Xikar makes fantastic lighters and the Forte was the 2016 lighter of the year from Cigar Journal. Together with the Xikar lifetime warranty you can’t go wrong with this single-flame lighter. The thumb trigger has a smooth action. The adjusting wheel is large enough it’s easy to adjust, but not so big it gets in the way. With all that said if this lighter is outside of your price range, there are plenty of amazing alternatives.
