The Vector Iron Quad Torch is for serious cigar smokers. It features a diamond shape arrangement of powerful jet flames that is perfect for any size cigar. The Vector Iron has incredible wind resistance! It is able to fire up to an altitude of 12,000 ft above sea level. With the large fuel window on the back side, you’ll always know how much butane you’ve got left in the tank. There is a large flame-adjusting wheel on the base that adjusts the flame height. Prominently displayed on the top of the Iron Quad is the cigar rest that doubles as the lid. You can now rest your cigar anywhere with this amazing cigar lighter!
Our Thoughts on the Vector Iron Quad Cigar Lighter
This thing is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s definitely not a tabletop lighter, but also isn’t a regular pocket lighter. Ok, other than it being BIG, the quad flames are great, and had no problems with them. Fuel window, check! Large adjusting wheel, CHECK! The trigger on the one I got was a little less than smooth but still works fine. The more I use it the more it seems to smooth out. I have seen a bunch of lighters that have cigar rests and have never given them a second thought. I decided to get one when I saw it in action. Sitting at the cigar bar, I see a guy fire it up, and a few minutes later rests his stick on the top a walk away to get a drink. It was like a bolt of lightning to my brain. So, I order one and try it out for myself. It works great and I’m glad I got one!
Please be aware that butane torch lighters will ship without any fuel due to shipping regulations. Our recommendation is that you use high-quality butane that has been refined at least 3x. Check out our post on Butane For Torch Lighters for some quality fuel recommendations. We’ve also written a post on why butane quality matters that covers some pretty basic information on butane quality.
