Manufacturers Description For The Colibri Rebel Double Flame Torch
Colibri’s success with the popular Daytona cigar torch now has got an update! We are excited to show off the all-new Colibri Rebel Double Flame Cigar Torch! This torch is powerful, bold, and a true Rebel! It’s a display of precision and speed that’s going to win every time. The Rebel’s squeeze and light ignition fires up a dual jet flame that builds into a sharp peak. Its design has incredible handling and a large butane tank for long use.
The Rebel, of course, features the signature Colibri blue butane window. The fuel window is the almost full length along the side of the torch. Also, the Rebel has a large flame-adjusting wheel. The wheel grooves give you greater control when adjusting the flame. As always, the Rebel has incredible wind resistance that gives you the confidence to lite up. Even when you need a lite in the windiest conditions.
The Colibri Rebel is available in Solid Black, Red, and Rose Gold.
Our Thoughts on the Colibri Rebel
Colibri has the reputation for making quality, even though sometimes touchy, torch lighters. The Rebel is the next evolution of lighter that is built on the Daytona line. I haven’t written a review on the Daytona but can say they are pretty dammed good, but more on that is for another time.
The first thing I like about the Rebel is the large side-mounted trigger. Even though, in the long run, side triggers never seem to last they are cool-looking to me. Next up is the fuel window that runs along the entire side of the lighter. I love the way the signature Colibri fuel window. It is not only functional but aesthetically pleasing. The fuel wheel is big enough but not so big it gets in the way.
The Rebel is a solid piece of hardware and am glad I got one!
